One of our partners schools in Thornton Heath are looking for an LSA to work at their sh cool full time until the end of the academic year.

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Croydon. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored assistance to students who require additional support in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with a renage of learning needs.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalised learning strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and deliver effective learning interventions.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude towards learners with diverse needs.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the varying needs of students.
