Are you a Learning Support Assistant with school experience? Looking for work within schools near you?

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a number of Learning Support Assistants to fulfil day to day and long term positions across the Hampshire County!

We at Reed Education Southampton currently run the Hampshire Supply Service through our branch, working with over 500 schools across Hampshire. We are currently seeing an increase in needs for Learning Support Assistants within schools across Hampshire, and are seeking to recruit a number of candidates to fulfil these roles!

As the Learning Support Assistant, you will provide excellent support to both the pupils and class teacher, to ensure that the pupil(s) you are supporting gain the best possible assistance. You will have a patient and calm manner, and have a passion for working with children.

For this role, you will be/will need:

- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or will be willing to obtain one

- Good experience working within schools, or similar

- Good communication, along with a patient and helpful nature

- SEN experience desired, but not always essential

- Ability to work 2-5 days per week ideally

The salary for this role currently starts at £12.43 per hour, and will be based on your experience.
