Teaching and Learning Support Assistant / Classroom Support Assistant - SN25

My client is seeking a dynamic Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team starting in December. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting in planning, assessing, and delivering learning activities
  • Supervising classes for short periods and supporting small groups or individual students
  • Monitoring and assessing pupils’ progress and providing feedback
  • Supporting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils, especially those with SEND
  • Promoting positive values, attitudes, and behaviors in the classroom

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with pupils and staff
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Experience in supporting children with SEND is desirable
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion
