We are currently working with an Ofsted graded Good' Secondary School in Greenwich, South London, who are looking to hire a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis. This Learning Support Assistant job is perfect for those aspiring teachers, or those with experience working in an educational-setting.

The nature of this Learning Support Assistant jobs will require you to work with pupils that have SEN, in-class, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will need to help manage behaviour and use your initiative to support students' wherever necessary! This role in Greenwich, South London, starts ASAP, running through the whole academic year. The School Are Looking For:
  • Experience supporting children of a secondary-age
  • Competent in both GCSE Maths & English
  • Resilience and an ability to quickly create a rapport with pupils
  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is very desirable
  • Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
  • Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
