SEN LSA - The Role  

In the heart of Croydon, an 'Good' SEN School are on the hunt for a SEN LSA to start in May. This is a permanent position for the perfect SEN LSA. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious SEN LSA who is keen to add value to an expanding their department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school! For this SEN LSA role, the school ideally would like someone with experience engaging with SEN children and managing behaviour.

SEN LSA - The School:      

This school caters to 46 pupils between the ages of 11-18. This school is known to have an enthusiastic, positive environment for both staff and students alike. The school has strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport, using the Overground. Then a less than 15 minutes' walk directly to the school. As well as having easy bus routes if trains are not assessable.
