We are proud to collaborate with a specialised Special Educational Needs (SEN) Primary School devoted to addressing the diverse and demanding requirements of its student body. The school serves children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), visual impairment, hearing impairment, and behavioral challenges.

We are in search of a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in meeting the daily requirements of the students. As the safety and well-being of the students are paramount, we are seeking candidates who share our commitment to safeguarding.

The ideal candidate should possess previous experience working with children with complex needs and be capable of providing comprehensive support. They should exhibit qualities of empathy, patience, compassion, and outstanding communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Required Qualifications: Level 2/3 or equivalent (with a minimum of 6+ months of SEN experience).

Salary: £85.68 - £87.25 per day

Hours: Monday, Thursday, and Friday

Location: Sutton Coldfield
