Learning Support Assistant - The Role

We currently have an excited opportunity for an experienced learning support assistant to join one of our Outstanding Secondary schools. You will work in a KS4 class, assisting the teacher and supporting numeracy and literacy. The successful teaching assistant will supporting pupils both 1:1 and small groups who require extra support.
You will help the class teacher raise attainment, provide social development, run interventions, help with planning and marking and covering the class in their absence.

Learning Support Assistant - The school

Our client is an Ofsted rated Outstanding Secondary school based in Barking and Dagenham. They currently require an experienced Learning support assistant to join their ever-expanding team. The school has just been refurbished and has state of the art facilities. Close to all transport links and easily accessible by car or public transport.

You will be joining a talented and experienced team and must have the experience to hit the ground running.
