Exciting Opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant!

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with teachers to create inclusive learning environments that empower students with additional learning needs. Whether providing one-on-one support or working in small groups, you will assist children in their educational, behavioral, and social development.

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to develop lesson plans and foster a learning environment where students can expand their knowledge and actively participate in school life.

Requirements:

Candidates must hold GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science. Preference will be given to candidates with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or similar relevant certification. However, the school offers an excellent opportunity to obtain a Level 3 qualification while working, at no cost to the employee!

To excel as a Learning Support Assistant, you must be proactive, energetic, and committed to engaging students, instilling confidence and independence. Patience, sensitivity, and the ability to provide comfort to students in distress are essential attributes.
