The salary for this permanent Learning Disability Nurse job is £34,900 - £37,227 per annum + £5,000 Welcome bonus!

Main Duties:

  • Ensure the delivery of exemplary, patient-centered care characterized by high standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Contribute actively to the conceptualisation and implementation of novel healthcare services and treatment protocols.
  • Provide steadfast support for the integration of the Group Nursing Strategy into local practice, fostering alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing quality enhancement initiatives, engaging in systematic evaluations and improvements within your service domain.

Requirements of the Learning Disability Nurse:

  • Registered Nurse possessing an active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN, accompanied by a minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrates extensive and pertinent clinical expertise within the field.
  • Exhibits a proactive stance towards change, displaying unwavering dedication to enhancement and upholding quality standards.
  • Capable of cultivating and employing adaptable, forward-thinking methodologies in practice to address evolving healthcare needs.
  • Possesses exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication proficiencies, facilitating effective engagement and collaboration across diverse contexts.
