We are recruiting for one of our major clients based in Scotland, who are looking for a Learning and Development Technologist to support with the development, design and delivery of training.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the IT Change Manager to complete a Training Needs Analysis for each project and support the IT Change Manager with the creation of the training plan.
- Review the project State of Works (SOW), along with any training proposals submitted by a vendor and provide feedback on what's need to build the knowledge as part of the colleague change journey.
- Working with HR Learning and Development, develop learning pathways for the IT team.
- Contribute to the learning pathways being developed by HR Learning and Development so my client's data, digital and cyber development needs are understood and incorporated.
- Develop a series of learning materials where necessary, covering digital, data and cyber. This will include in person learning solutions, interactive e-learning modules, 'how to guides' and demos as an example.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Exceptional digital skills - e-learning modules / materials production.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and detail-orientated.
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle - both Waterfall and Agile.
- Learning and Development experience supporting a large complex IT change project.
- An understanding of change management. Ideal candidates will be familiar with Prosci, Kotter, etc.
