A large organisation based in Hampshire are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development the business is looking for experienced trainers to deliver first class in-house training.

What will the L&D Manager role involve?

  • Ownership of the design and delivery of the training strategy, organisation and delivery of all training;
  • Training needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps;
  • Creation of all training materials;
  • Stakeholder management and support, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Suitable Candidate for the L&D Manager:

  • Substantial previous training experience, with end-to-end design and delivery of training programmes;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Additional benefits and information:

  • Hybrid working, likely to be 3 days in the office, some travel required between offices.
