On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator - Early Careers for a 12-month contract, based hybrid in London.
Purpose of the Role:
This role will focus on supporting the development and delivery of the best-in-class development offering to all early careers staff.
As a Learning and Development Coordinator - Early Careers, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the induction process for apprentices, graduates and summer interns.
- Assisting with the logistical aspects of training, including booking venues, liaising with vendors and organising training materials.
- Coordinating rotational training programmes.
- Managing administrative tasks related to training, such as processing invoices and procurement.
- Planning and executing training events, focusing on learning and development initiatives.
- Handling the meet and greet responsibilities during events.
- Prioritising problem-solving and coming up with solutions to challenges.
- Providing support to colleagues and stakeholders, including chipping in with daily tasks and offering assistance during busy periods.
What we require from the candidate:
- Have experience of working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership and organisational skills.
- Experience in organising training events and understanding of the administrative side of training operations.
