We are seeking a Leadership Development Consultant for our public sector client based in Essex on an initial 6 month contract paying £450 to £500 per day inside IR35 depending on experience.

This role allows hybrid working with an expectation of attending the office - 1 - 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

  • Workforce strategy
  • Leadership & management development
  • learning interventions
  • organisational strategy
  • Organisation development (OD)
  • Design of leadership & management programmes
  • quality assurance
  • contract management
  • coaching, workshops, consultancy, ODP
  • Talent development strategy
