I am looking for an experienced Lean Leader to join a leading Aerospace Manufacturing organisation on full time and permanent basis. You will be responsible for implementing Continuous Improvement plans and activities across the site. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5:00pm and Friday: 8.30am to 2:00pm

Job Description
- Implementing Continuous Improvement plan and initiatives.
- Analyse and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Responsible for implementation of strategy that has been created at higher organisational levels.
- Assist in development of local level Lean strategy that aligns with higher organisational levels.
- Ensure steering committees and teams are established at local level and they commit to implement Lean principles.
- May lead Kaizen events.
- Promote continuous learning environment.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in lean manufacturing and six sigma - ideally green or black belt level.
- Focused, committed with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Confident to research and analyse data effectively and able to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports.
- Experience in Change Management
