Lead Technical Trainer - Wealth Management - National Remit
My client, a national Chartered Wealth Management Firm, is seeking a proven industry professional to lead on its technical training and development across the UK.
With significant investment in development across the business and aggressive targets to obtain chartered status for its national adviser footprint in the coming years, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to add significant value to a growing, dynamic business.
Role Overview
· Supporting, training, and guiding learners and developing their personal and professional attitudes, skills, and abilities.
· Supporting successful completion of industry qualifications at both Diploma and Advanced level.
· Leading the development, planning and delivery of Licensing events and Masterclasses to support the UK wide adviser population.
· Leading the day to day running of the Academy and provide input for future development.
· Mentoring and development of the training team
· Assisting Head of Training in ongoing projects as and when required.
· In the absence of the Head of Training providing leadership and day to day management to the training team
· Working with and establishing relationships with third party service providers when necessary.
· Undertaking any relevant duties as required by your line manager, commensurate with the level of this post.
Requirements
· Travel across the UK where required
· To comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations
· Understand the Training & Development scheme and how you support it.

Essential
· Diploma level qualified in Financial Services
· At least three years’ experience of training within Financial services
Desirable
· Advanced/Chartered level qualified in Financial Services or working towards.
· Training qualification to support experience.
