Are you an experienced Solar Electrician who is looking for a new challenge where you will have the opportunity to progress your career into a Lead/Supervisor position?

This company have been operating for over 5 years but still very much have the start up feel, where all employees contributions are valued and there are no glass ceilings for professional development. They are now looking for a new Solar Installer to join the team, as one of the first hires in this department, the door is open for direct progression into a management level role.

In this role, you will carry out installations of predominantly domestic PV systems to a variety of customers across the Midlands and South. You will carry out the full installation process from roofing to electrical commissioning, working at a high standard as required by the company, whilst working towards new qualifications which will be fully funded.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solar PV installations and be fully electrically qualified with an 18th edition. You will need to have a driving license and have an aptitude for customer service as well as the qualities needed to move into management.

The Role:
*Solar Installer- predominantly domestic work
*Covering both Roofing and Electrical Installation
*Installations in Midlands and South England- 3 hours travel per day
*Monday-Friday work
