Role: Lead Property Surveyor

Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas

Salary:£42,000 - £48,650 per annum plus Essential Car User Allowance

Hours:37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Lead Property Surveyor to join our Surveying Team at North Devon Homes (NDH).You will be responsible for leading a team of Property Surveyors.

The successful candidate will need a blend of experience and qualifications in building surveying and repair diagnosis coupled with demonstrable skills in leadership and management.

We are looking for someone who can role model our values, is able to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement through their team, someone who is pragmatic and practical in their approach to finding solutions and who has a genuine desire to make a difference to our customers and communities.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation including asbestos, good levels of IT literacy and outstanding communication skills.
