Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading specialist manufacturing company, who are looking for a Lead Project Engineer.

The company design and manufacture specialist engineered products used in a wide variety of industrial applications. They offer excellent flexibility and defined career progression.

This is a detailed technical role to lead on customer and internal engineering solutions, as well as leading and motivating a team of project engineers.

The Lead Project Engineer will be responsible for:


• Handling technical queries from customers and internal departments
• Arranging technical support to ensure multiple project delivery
• Motivating, directing and reviewing project teams
• Ensuring technical clarification within projects
• Taking complex engineering decisions to enable the delivery of solutions

The Lead Project Engineer will need:

• A background and qualification in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of complex, technical, package related products
• Experience of managing, leading or influencing teams
• A strong technical, solutions driven approach
• Excellent communication and people management skills
