Prospero Teaching are looking for a Lead practitioner of English to work at a 'Good' OFSTED school in Luton for a Long-Term position!

Lead Practitioner of English key responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Ability to teach up until GSCE level s highly desired
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching English.
  • A drive to teach and encourage students growth
  • Can be a team player and work collaboratively
  • Be a strong multi tasker and good organisation skills
  • Can identify a students needs and support them
  • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students.

English teaching role requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Overseas trained teacher or ECT
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional related reference
