With a first-rate national reputation, this highly regarded national law firm have a leading Employment practice that is enjoying steady growth. With a first-rate reputation for excellence among their Employment clients, they are now looking to offer pensions support to bolster their offering.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to come in and play a strategic role in launching an initial Pensions offering, supporting colleagues across all of the firm's offices. You will take a lead providing due diligence support on acquisitions, as well as providing wider support on pensions arrangements, the set up of SIPPs, pension scheme closures and wider standalone matters.
Your role will also involve providing training both internally and externally on pension related issues, and you will have the opportunity to help oversee the pensions practice as it develops.
This role offers complete flexibility and is initially envisaged to be a part-time role which can be completely on a remote or hybrid basis, out of any of the firm's Southwest offices.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Pensions Lawyer with experience working for a leading Pensions practice. You will be confident in running your own matters, able to provide a lead to clients, and enjoy developing both yourself and others in the team. Above all, you will have a passion for Pensions Law, be keen to continue to invest in your knowledge, and be looking for something a little different in the market.
