£15 - £20 per hour + Premium 1.5x Overtime + 39 hours per week + Life Insurance + 33 Days Holiday + Technical Progression

Factory Based, Commutable from Norwich and surrounding areas

Are you from a Mechanical background with experience in bespoke Mechanical Components repair, stripping or rebuild looking to be recognised as a technical expert with further technical training, optional overtime whilst retaining a great work life balance with no out of hours work required?

This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer who is looking to become the go to specialist on site for mechanical components and be recognised for the expertise they bring to the team, combined with a great work life balance and optional overtime.

This company have 40 employees and have been established for over 25 years, they have a low staff turnover and genuinely value every employee through offering recognition and technical training.

This role will someone from a Mechanical background with experience in bespoke Mechanical Components repair, stripping or rebuild looking to be recognised as a technical expert with further technical training, optional overtime whilst retaining a great work life balance.

The Role:
*Repair, disassembly and reassembly of bespoke machinery
*Working on Mechanical products such as Winches, Pumps and Valves
*Further technical training, working a days based shift with early finishes on Fridays

The Person:
*Mechanically skilled
*Looking for a permanent position.
*Commutable to Norfolk
