What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage medium to high complexity audits, from planning to reporting.
  • Build and coach high-performing audit teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify process improvements to mitigate risks and drive efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management to ensure clear understanding of audit findings.
  • Mentor junior staff, developing their business acumen and problem-solving skills.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • A professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA).
  • At least 8 years of experience in internal audit (industry/Big 4).
  • Experience auditing complex processes in manufacturing or financial services (supply chain, trading, processing, finance, risk, compliance).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A critical mindset with a willingness to learn and challenge the status quo.
  • The ability to travel up to 20% internationally.
