Lead HVAC Service Engineer required – Hertfordshire / North London / Essex
40 hours per week with starting salaries between £45K and £50K plus door to door travel pay, bonus, vehicle, fuel card and more!
 
Our HVAC client are looking for a Lead HVAC service Engineer to take on an apprentice and to be the point of call for other engineers (Should they have technical enquiries that need assisting) whilst working closely with the HVAC service manager
  
They have impressive training facilities in their building to assist employees with heat pumps upskilling, and are thriving within the commercial Air Conditioning / HVAC sector
  
The team are close, have weekly meetings, and work on very impressive commercial contracts that vary from awards show buildings to well known / high end gym wear shops specifically supporting with the service, maintenance and repairs of; AHUs, VRVs, VRFs and similar
  
The successful Lead Air Conditioning / HVAC Service Engineer will be offered the following:
  • Money earning reward scheme / bonus
  • Overtime is available paid past 8 hours a day and very little call out work is required
  • 23 to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Door to door travel pay which can earn you an additional average of £5K per annum
  • Genuine prospects for salary increases as proven within the business
  • Company van and fuel card provided upon your starting

*Experience supervising / managing 1 or more person required (This could be an apprentice or other)
  
The ideal candidate will be F-gas qualified and could be based anywhere in Hertfordshire, North London or Essex and willing to commute in a field / mobile role across these areas
