Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to join our family. The Registered Manager will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care to clients. Mayfield are looking for someone who is not only passionate about delivering high-quality care but also possesses the drive and expertise to help the business thrive organically. Experience in business growth and social media management will be highly valued as we aim to expand our reach and impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of care coordinators, caregivers, and administrative staff
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion
  • Utilise social media platforms and other marketing channels to promote our services and engage with the community
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide mentorship and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid pin (Essential)
  • Previously a CQC Registered Manager (Essential)
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting, with a focus on business growth and development
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management and marketing strategies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve organisational goals
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism
