?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, utilising strong verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our client's products and services.
  • Utilise CRM software and other communication tools to track leads, update records, and manage follow-up activities.
  • Familiarise yourself with our client's product/service offerings to accurately convey their benefits and address any inquiries from potential leads.
  • Apply effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies to maximise lead conversion.
  • Demonstrate resilience, persistence, and goal-oriented drive to achieve results.
  • Maintain strong organisational skills to manage a high volume of calls and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Actively listen to potential leads, identify their needs, and tailor pitches accordingly for increased success.
  • Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with leads, building trust and credibility.

?? Requirements:

  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, or related sales roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector and related products/services.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to adapt pitches to meet specific needs.
