Salary £24k - £26k Depending on Experience. OTE £45k + Uncapped

Location Lincoln (free on-site parking)

Hours Business Hours Mon- Fri - Full Time Perm Role

This is a special role for an influential brand within the technology sector offering a secure and innovative working environment where you can really grow your career and earnings.

All sales backgrounds will be considered for the role providing you have experience of outbound lead generation or appointment setting.

The Role

• Contacting a mixture of existing and new business customers.
• Build relationships with clients through fantastic communication skills
• Spot and maximise opportunities to increase appointments made.
• Helping to set appointments for the Field Sales team.
• Achieve and exceed very reasonable targets and KPI’s set.
• To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.

• Spot opportunities and develop business whilst managing clients through first class relationships.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results.

• £24k - £26k basic salary depending on experience
• OTE £40k -£50k + Uncapped - Very realistic earnings
