Lead Finance Business Partner | Public Sector | Staffordshire (Hybrid Working)

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Lead Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of transformation, and make a positive impact in a reputable authority.

Responsibilities for the Lead Finance Business Partner include;

  • The role will be responsible for leading a customer-focussed, value adding business partnering team
  • Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key service areas, at a strategic level
  • Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the organisation is able to deliver its strategic priorities
  • Identifying and driving service improvements and efficiencies

The person;

  • CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
  • Proven business partnering approach
  • Experience within the Public Sector
