Snapshot of the Role: As a Lead Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in our Engineering Department, collaborating seamlessly with the Projects, Production, and Quality Engineering teams, as well as the Manufacturing Department. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting our Product Development strategy, ensuring profitable organic growth and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive projects to success.

Support the Product Development strategy for profitable organic growth.

Understand modern manufacturing methods, inspection, and assembly techniques within a precision CNC engineering and electronics environment.

Utilize proficiency in engineering software, including 2D and 3D CAD, FEA, CFD, Mathcad, and MS Office, with a preference for Autodesk platforms (AutoCAD, Inventor, Ansys).

Manage time and deliverables effectively, reducing inefficiencies and delays through foresight, diligence, and planning.

Evaluate processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification/experience.

In-depth knowledge of valve design technologies and related disciplines.

Proficiency in engineering software, including Autodesk platforms.

Experience in precision CNC engineering and electronics.

Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results with foresight and diligence.

Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
