Lead Contract Support - Salary up to £40,000

We are working with a regional and reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Lead Contract Support to work at their client offices in Liverpool Street.

This is a full time, permanent role with excellent career prospects. You will be responsible for leading the Contract Support team and assisting with the financial and administration services on the contract.

Key Responsibilities of Lead Contract Support:

  • Act as the first point of contract for the Contract Support department, assisting with all financial and contract enquiries
  • Assist in the delivery of financial reporting
  • Liaise with wider departments and key stakeholders
  • Manage all training requirements for the Contract Support team, making sure that all mandatory training is up to date
  • Attend and participate in monthly contract review meetings

Experience Required for Lead Contract Support:

  • Previous experience in a Contract Support or Contract Administrator role for an FM company would be beneficial
  • Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent
  • A strong understand of accounts and the invoice process is essential
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external
  • Experience working in a busy and varied office environment

This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours a week and a brilliant chance to join a national FM company. Salary is up to £40,000 per annum with excellent company benefits additional to those listed above!
