Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: East Goscote.North Leicestershire.

Salary: c£22,300 + Bonus & Commission Schemes (OTE £24,500) + Pension.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role

Our client has been making lawns look beautiful, lush and weed free for over 30 years. Due to further expansion, they have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual who is either an experienced lawn care professional, landscaper or someone looking for a fresh, long term career opportunity in an outdoor environment.

The role once trained, involves working mostly on your own. As such, they are looking for a highly trustworthy candidate to ensure all customer’s lawns treated are done to the highest standards possible.

Key Responsibilities

·         Carrying out lawn care services on customer’s premises using the GreenThumb method with approved machinery and materials

·         Organising and managing your daily work assignments and assisting colleagues with their own workloads when necessary

·         Ensuring accurate completion of the work along with the administration associated with the role.

·         Developing and managing their lawn services in North Leicestershire

·         Representing the company’s high standards

·         Building strong relationships with their customers and internal team

·         Identifying any lawn issues and offering advice on any additional treatments which may be required.

Skills and Qualifications

·         General physical fitness

·         Comfortable working outside across all seasons and in all weather.

·         Demonstrable experience of offering outstanding customer service

·         Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

·         The ability to multitask, prioritise workload, to work under pressure and to deadlines.

·         Full driving licence

·         A genuine desire to learn and “can-do” attitude essential.

·         PA1 & PA6 qualifications preferred but not essential as training will be given.

·         Living within a reasonable distance of their office in East Goscote.
