You - 
You will be a motivated qualified solicitor or legal executive with an interest in or a background in Landlord and Tenant or Housing Dispute roles and ideally at 3+ years PQE and able to manage your own caseload without supervision.

The role - 
You'll join a Housing Litigation team that handles landlord and tenant matters, disputes concerning disrepair claims, access injunctions, anti-social behaviour injunctions, breach of tenancy injunctions, possession claims, property and land disputes including adverse possession and boundary disputes, and leasehold disputes.

There would be an opportunity to conduct your own advocacy.
