A rare opportunity, for a Land & New Homes Consultant to join a market leading Estate Agent in their award winning office in Witney. The role will be working closely with the business owner, attending land and new homes appointments, taking notes, writing reports for clients and generally providing an exceptional level of service.

Focusing on Land & New Homes the chosen individual will be responsible for the following:

• Working alongside the business owner, attending appointments, taking notes, sending follow up reports and letters.
• General sales duties.
• Ensuring you are organised, helping the director is on top of his diary.
• Having the knowledge and vision to help sell and complete on off plan developments
• The successful New Homes Specialist could come from either a resales background or be in the new homes sector at the moment, you will have at least 2 years property sales experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a drive and hunger to succeed and progress within the brand.

Land & New Homes Consultant  – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agency experience is advantageous
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
