Land Manager

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of exclusively representing a prestigious regional house developer based in the Stevenage area who are seeking a Land Manager to join their team. Having been established for almost a century, our client has a long standing and reputable name within the industry, so is a fantastic opportunity for a Land Manager to join a company with firm growth plans in the coming years. As a family run business our client is genuinely proud of their product, and are widely considered one of the premium house builders from both a specification and build quality perspective in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire counties.

The Land Manager who secures this position will be ambitious and will be expected to be proactive in identifying, negotiating and acquiring off market sites and other potential schemes.

The most suitable candidate will come from a developer or property background and will be seeking the next step within their career.

• Proactive in identifying, negotiating and acquiring off market sites and other potential schemes.
• Keeping up to date with the policy requirements of each LTA
• Negotiation with vendors and institutions
• Network with local landowners and agents

• Degree educated in a Construction / Property field
• Proven track record of successfully making land deals
• Working for either a Residential Developer or high-profile investor
• Strong network of contacts
• Good level of familiarity with the local area
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 DOE
