Opportunity in the Renewable Energy Sector!

Land Manager: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE.

A client of ours at Piper Maddox is looking to expand their in-house capabilities for renewable energy development projects. Forming as a separate business arm to one of Europe's most renowned investment firms, this company has a strong project pipeline of over 5GW in Solar and Battery Storage.

With highly experienced renewables professionals brought in to head up land, planning, and grid teams - this company is now looking to add to their land team. They are looking for a land manager to come onboard to assist on supporting their growing portfolio. This role would have a highly collaborative relationship with the wider development team while also having a clear progression pathway going forward.

Your role would include supporting on:

> Heads of terms negotiations as well as working on agreeing option leases.

> Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landowners throughout a project.

> Working alongside solicitors and consultants on matters relating to land law.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for a land manager in renewables, or a recently qualified chartered surveyor in the utilities space. You would be joining a team with excellent communication and planned growth.
