What’s the role?

Following a defined method, you will test a range of ingredients and products that make up these famous recipes.

You’ll need solid IT skills and written English to record the results in an online system. Experience of databases and control systems would be helpful.

The role would really suit someone with some previous lab experience- even if that’s not with food. Following methodologies and experience working in a detail and process orientated environment would be great.

Some experience of working in an environment governed by food standards and regulations would make you a strong candidate, as would a background in Quality Assurance.

Ultimately, you need to be willing to become part of the lab team here. Communicating product failures, being proactive in re ordering materials and consumables and wanting to play an integral role day to day operation would make you just the right fit.
