We are currently seeking a skilled and hardworking Labouring Technician to join our team on a Temporary Basis. As a Labouring Technician, you will be responsible for providing support to our maintenance and repairs operations, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include general labouring duties such as assisting tradespeople, performing basic repairs, and maintaining cleanliness and safety on site. You will also be required to carry out minor maintenance tasks and assist with larger repair projects as needed. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential, as you will be collaborating with other technicians and tradespeople to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar labouring or maintenance role
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks
