The role involves:

  • Calling candidates and handling queries and enquiries.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to determine suitability.
  • Offering solutions to problems.
  • Matching candidates to vacancies.
  • Handling customer calls.
  • Account management.
  • Identifying sales leads from references and customers.
  • Adding new candidates to the database, admin and assistance with collecting timesheets.
  • Delivering excellent levels of customer service to both clients and candidates.

The client is an established, well-known construction recruitment agency with a fabulous local reputation. They are looking for a labour manager who can manage all the elements of the role whilst building rapport with clients and candidates. This is a fast-paced role where you will have to ensure you complete tasks on time. You will need to be an excellent communicator who can speak to people at all levels.
You will come from a recruitment industry background and will be a problem solver with a flair for delivering the personal touch.
