The Role
The Lab Manager / Lead Lab Technician will lead a highly skilled team of Laboratory Technicians and Research Engineers, responsible for carrying out device fabrication and stress testing. The Lab Manager, will manage and motivate the team who will work with a variety of toolkits, covering optoelectronics testing, device preparation and use of chemicals.

What’s required of the Lead Lab Technician?
 

• Experience working as a Lab Manager / Lab Technician Lead, nurturing a team of lab technicians 
• A strong academic background, educated to a degree level within a relevant discipline, such as Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or Electronics.
• Analytics mind and strong attention to detail
• An interest in sustainability would really set your application apart
