Responsibilities of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, catering to individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP)
- Support classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and pastoral care of students.
Requirements of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a secondary school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about supporting the educational and emotional development of children.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
