Reed HR have partnered with an established professional services consultancy who are seeking an L&D Assistant to join their growing team. This is a permanent vacancy, offering excellent career development and exposure to the full generalist piece. 

The L&D Assistant will...

  • Managing the administration for all Learning & Development events
  •  Recording all training attendance and feedback •
  • Updating and maintaining records and data
  • Facilitating and coordinating training
  • Building relationships with 3rd party trainers and organisations
  • Ensuring all new starters are registered for the relevant training
  • Working closely with the Head of L&D to develop internal processes
  • Performing ad-hoc project work
  • Run weekly and ad-hoc reports when required showing accurate information.

The successful L&D Assistant will have...

  • CIPD Qualified or studying towards
  • Excellent administration experience
  • A keen interest in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to converse and liaise with all levels.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate tenacity and resilience.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
