The Opportunity

A large corporate civil engineering contracts services provider are looking for additional resource for their L&D Dept to start end of May working through to end of July. (Although we can’t make promises, it is common place for contracts to be extended)

The Role

Working within a proactive and busy training dept, the team overall is accountable for ensuring that the business has resilience in the skills and capabilities required both now and for the future.  This role will form part of the L&D Service Delivery team and will act as support to the team in ensuring the delivery of training interventions, certifications, and in gathering feedback / data which will aid the continued delivery of Learning and Development within the group.

In summary, you’ll be responsible for the admin  and compliance along with the coordination of training programmes to ensure data, documentation and employees are they need to be at the right time and in the right place.  

The Candidate

Essentially, you’ll have experience working within Learning & Development, either in a generalist HR support capacity where your favourite thing is you do is the L&D aspects of your role, or (ideally) within a specialised training dept where learning & development support is your key focus and forte.  

You’ll of course be a team player, able to work at pace whilst maintaining high levels of engagement with people, processes and data accuracy.
