Five Education is looking for a newly qualified or unqualified Teacher to start ASAP. The work is based in Frome, you should be able to travel by car or public transport to Frome, Somerset. This could be the perfect opportunity for someone at the start of their teaching career, this role is likely to continue for September. The school we are recruiting for is a successful special school with children from early years to sixth form. This role would be to teach KS3 maths to children with Autism. The teaching at this school is of a high quality and the SEND provision ensures every child can reach their potential.

Five Education is ready to assist a newly qualified teacher gain vital experience. Whilst working for Five Education, you will benefit from training such as Makaton and Team Teach. You will have a dedicated consultant who will help you every step of the way.

Responsibilities and duties:
Working collaboratively with other teaching staff to ensure planning and resources are effective
Delivery of teaching that meets Ofsted criteria for outstanding lessons
Maintaining assessment of pupils by following the school marking policy
Adapting teaching to ensure differentiation is present in all lessons
Implement behaviour management that promotes positive behaviour
Establishing good communication with parents regarding pupil progress

Essential Criteria:
2 years' worth of references, 1 has to be working with children or vulnerable adults (needs to be recent and this could be paid or volunteer work).
PGCE qualification with QTS.
A relevant DBS/Police checks.
Able to work between 08.30-15.30, 5 days a week.

The pay rate is £20 an hour. The day is 7 hours with an unpaid lunch break. Your daily rate of pay would be £130.00* but with a potential to earn more.
*Including holiday pay
