An exceptional opportunity awaits a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher or Mathematics Teacher to join our esteemed independent prep school in Bucks for the duration of the Autumn term 2024. Renowned for our commitment to academic rigour and extra-curricular excellence, we are seeking a passionate teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in our Key Stage 2 Maths lessons

Position Overview:

  • Role: Mathematics Teacher (Autumn Term)
  • Location: Buckinghamshire
  • School Type: Independent Prep School
  • Grade Level: Teaching Maths from Year 3 to Year 6

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create and deliver dynamic and captivating mathematics lessons that foster a love for the subject and encourage critical thinking.
  • Inspire a Love for Learning: Cultivate an environment that nurtures curiosity and passion for mathematics among students.
  • Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning experience for all.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our academic programs.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A qualification in Mathematics or a related field.
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
    • Proven experience of teaching in KS2
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
