• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students in the class.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Maintain a well-managed classroom where pupils feel safe and are able to learn.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support student learning and contribute to the school community.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and methods.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching in KS1.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school environment.
• A commitment to promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning.
