We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Supervisor to work for one of out NHS clients in Bradford. The role is initially working for a 5 month period, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The working hours will be between 8am and 6.30pm, on a rota basis, meaning that there is a requirement to work some weekends.

Rates of pay:

Mon-Fri: £11.84 per hour

Sat: £15.99 per hour

Sun: £20.02 per hour

The main duties will reverberate around making sure that resources are used efficiently to provide safe, hygienic and high quality meals for both patients and staff. This will involve:

  • Supervising the kitchen team, helping individuals to reach and exceed their potential.
  • Preparing daily production plans, schedules, menus and making sure that the team is well briefed on what they need to do.
  • Continually monitoring the service of meals.
  • Maintaining storage facilities, making sure that all food hygiene standards are met.
