Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Are you organised, driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Project Coordinator to join their team. The company provide a high-quality home solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Excellence: Take charge from sale to installation, preparing detailed project packs and coordinating schedules, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Quality Control: Vigilantly oversee goods handling, from reception to dispatch, guaranteeing that all items are timely, accurate, and undamaged. A keen eye for detail is vital as you'll be tasked with spotting and correcting any errors before they reach the client.
  • Client and Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding the unique needs of each client and working closely with suppliers to uphold our service standards. Your efforts will directly impact our clients' satisfaction and our business success.
  • On-Site Coordination: Regularly visit project sites to oversee progress and ensure that every installation meets our high standards and the client’s expectations.
  • Sales and Service Support: Assist in the showroom, contribute to sales, and manage miscellaneous orders to enhance our service offering.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with our installation teams to refine processes, address on-site challenges promptly, and gather feedback to prevent future issues.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanour with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in keeping our premises pristine and welcoming.
  • Promote our business values and contribute to our growth and profitability.

  • Technical Savvy: A willingness to learn and understand the technical aspects of our products and services.
  • Sales Acumen: A drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Important Note: The role involves some physical work, including the lifting and manoeuvring of heavy items.
