A junior administrator opportunity for a friendly and team oriented individual.
 
This firm has two locations in Kent and has a good reputation for looking after staff and encouraging friendliness and collaboration. With demonstrable opportunities to progress long-term for the right person, this role can work well for a trainee administrator looking for their first opportunity or an experienced administrator looking for a new sector to learn within.
 
The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Able to work well as a team as well as independently
  • Must fit in well with the team
  • Capable of hitting the ground running
  • Training will be provided
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • File opening
  • Closing
  • Printing
  • File management
  • Small amount of paper filing mostly digital
  • Take instructions for trial bundles
  • Light copying
  • Scanning documents
Salary: £22,000+ depending on experience
 
Hours: Monday – Friday office hours, with 1 hour lunch break!
 
Location: Maidstone
