Job Title: Key Account Manager
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000
Working pattern: On-site, Monday - Friday core hours
Location: Dundee

Search are delighted to be partnering with a manufacturer in Dundee. This role will cover targeted growth accounts critical to the company strategy. This is an exciting opportunity and a chance to get involved in the design and development of technologies for critical energy infrastructure projects

Duties & Responsibilities:
* General management of day-to-day issues including (but not limited to) drawing queries, schedule enquiries, technical support (within reason), maintenance of online portal accounts, etc.
* Preparation of technical and commercial quotations.
* Project Management of large critical orders.
* Processing of purchase orders, updating weekly status reports and general account administration.
* Attendance at technical/commercial clarification meetings and progress meetings.
* Show commercial awareness ensuring the nominated accounts deliver on margin.
* Be able to manage multiple sales orders and provide detailed updates when required.
* Provide support to the department as and when required.
* Represent the company in a professional way always.
* Taking charge and looking after the companies largest account within the oil and gas industry
Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role
* Technical knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations
* Good knowledge of IT systems
