Key Account Manager
I am looking for a Key Account Manager to join a growing, dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales targets, maintaining a positive client experience, and ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information to our clients.
Day-to-day of the role for the Key Account Manager:
- Conducting software solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Providing training to new and existing clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use our systems.
- Setting up client access to systems and managing their onboarding process.
- Communicating with clients via telephone, email, and video conferencing tools.
- Assisting the Sales Manager with various duties, which may include liaising with external suppliers and monitoring customer feedback.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell to clients additional add Ons.
- Completing supplier assessment forms and responding to sales/administrative enquiries to secure orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Key Account Manager:
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Capable of managing own workload independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a sales environment is advantageous however great customer service experience is KEY!
- Knowledge of the ISO market and experience demonstrating or promoting software solutions will be considered a plus.
