As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing and growing key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for the organisation. With your strategic mindset and understanding of client needs, you will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.

Duties: ????

- Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact, promptly addressing concerns and inquiries.

- Account Development:

Develop and execute account strategies for revenue maximisation.
Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client satisfaction and project success.
Identify new business opportunities and strategies to expand the company's profile.

- Sales and Revenue Growth:

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Identify revenue growth opportunities and actively pursue new business.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and agreements.

- Strategic Planning:

Analyse market trends, competition, and client feedback.
Develop and present account plans to senior management.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Provide regular reports on key account performance.
Conduct business reviews and performance analyses, offering valuable insights.

- Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure excellent customer service and support for key clients.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively.
